To help you determine the best size for your event, consider the following:
Allow 6 square feet per person for auditorium type seating or for stand up.
Allow 12 square feet per person seated at rectangular tables.
Allow 15 square feet per person seated at round tables.
Also, add any additional square footage for dance floor, stage area or serving tables.
Pole tent rental rates are weekly (1-7 days). Additional days may be prorated per day depending on the number of days over seven. Second and third week rentals are available at half the first week's rental. Monthly rates are available for four weeks or more.
Sidewall is $1.00 per linear foot.
